Quit in One Day (quitinoneday.com) is a small static website. We try to collect as little as possible.
What this website collects
- No accounts, no comments, no tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
- Server logs. Like every website, our host (Hostinger) keeps technical logs of requests — IP address, browser, page and time — for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use them to identify you.
- Analytics. None at the moment. If we add privacy-friendly, cookieless statistics later, this page will name the service before it goes live.
Buying the book or getting the free chapters
Purchases and the free chapters are handled by Gumroad. When you buy or sign up, you give your email (and, for purchases, payment details) to Gumroad, not to this website. Card details are processed by Gumroad and its payment providers; we never see them.
As the seller, we receive what Gumroad shares with creators — typically your email address, country, and what you bought — so we can deliver the book, handle refunds, and, if you agreed, send occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. To do so, reply to any email you received from us or to your Gumroad receipt. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
